1. Estimated Delivery Time All orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Occasional delays may occur due to a high volume of orders, carrier-related issues, or extreme weather conditions.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Orders are processed during our regular business hours (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
